Caroline & Tyson are going to be married in April. We cannot wait to capture their wedding!
We decided to do some family photos before then. One is hers and the other three are his.
This blended family is nothing but beautiful and so much fun.
We cannot wait to see them all dolled up next year!
ItThis wedding was a special one for us. I have known Kouyo for almost 10 years now. Brenna and I both used to work with him at Best Buy. I have to say thanks to him for getting me out the front lanes and into the camera department. I have always been heavily into taking photos, but getting into that department made me learn so much. This helped us get to where we are to day photo wise. Kaitlyn and Kouyo are perfect together.
The wedding and reception was held at Cold Creek Farm in Dawsonville, Georgia.
Brenna found a couch for free a few months back and we finally had a chance to use it! It went so well with the brides theme. Kaitlyn was nothing short of stunning. She had that 50s vintage/rockabilly/pinup vibe going on. Her dress was a killer style only she could pull off. Kouyo’s pacific style went so well with his mothers traditional Kimono. His parents flew in Japan for the wedding. We had a torrential down pour right before the wedding, but you can't tell because the sun came out almost immediately. Thank goodness!
Their first dance was to “Baby I Want You” by Amos Lee.
Between the dances with the parents, Kouyo had a special dance with his two daughters. It was such a sweet experience.
After cake and dancing the couple headed off to Mexico for their honeymoon.
We wish the best of luck to you four! We couldn’t have had more fun capturing the day!
This sweet family was such a joy to work with! Amy found me and contacted me for a one year session/family photos. Amma and Kesslea were adorable! Amma is the oldest of the two and she was such a ham for the camera. Kesslea had a farm theme going for her first birthday so what better place to do photos than at a farm!?
Amma wanted to pose the same way. She even did it on her own. So cute!
This was my second shoot Saturday, and also my second time working with this beautiful family. I did their photos back in the fall which you can see here. Reed & Emrey have grown so much in the past 7 months.
We had to reschedule this shoot a few times but I am so glad we did because we couldn't have asked for such a better day or weather! Berry College is such a beautiful campus.
Happy first Birthday to my youngest nephew, Jake.
His birth is the first post on my blog. He is growing so fast.
He did such a great job. They came out so well.
Jake loves the movie Up. He is definitely a mini Carl.
He is going to be him for Halloween this coming fall. I cannot wait to see that costume in full.
It was so windy on Saturday. We tried to do the photos in my sisters back yard,
but we ended up going to downtown Cartersville. We found this perfect spot
with the best backdrop/background and it was great!
I will be doing children's spring mini sessions!
I am in the process of making my backdrop as well as getting my props together.
It will be a spring floral theme with pastel colors.
