Madeline & Stewart could not have had a more beautiful wedding. The love between these two is unlike any other. The ceremony was held in her sisters back yard in Kennesaw, Georgia.
Madeline got ready at her parents house in Marietta, Geogria where she grew up.
We did the wedding party photos before the ceremony at Allatoona Pass Trail in Cartersville, Georgia. We were supposed to go to downtown Acworth for photos after the ceremony but when time fell short we drove to the clubhouse. I noticed a quaint spot in someones yard in the neighborhood I was just like, "Hey! Let's do the photos here! The worst someone can do would be to say please leave my yard!" So... we did. Best spot ever. The sun coming through the trees was just dreamy and perfect. My friend, Rohan, helped me shoot this wedding. I could not have been more pleased with his shots. He captured Stewart's priceless expressions when Madeline made her appearance. Their rings had "You're weird I'm weird" engraved in them. I loved that so much! So original.
Last but not least... the sparkler exit. Sparklers and rose petal cannons.. NEED I SAY MORE!?
I wish Madeline and Stewart all the love in the world. Their next adventure is coming very soon and I cannot wait to meet he or she! :)
First Dance: "You Make My Dreams" - Hall & Oates
Erin and Travis got married at Heritage Sandy Springs in Sandy Springs, Georgia.
I have known Erin for a few years now, so when she asked me I was thrilled.
I had been looking forward to this wedding since she asked me to shoot it.
Everything they did was very close to what I want in a wedding. (Sigh... one day!)
The weather was perfect. Not a cloud in the sky!
They had Mexican food catered and margaritas to drink! I was definitely okay with that!
The toasts ended by her father putting on sunglasses and the entire wedding party coming out on the floor and dancing to "Uptown Funk" by Bruno Mars. It was hilarious.
And the last song of the evening was "El Scorcho" by Weezer. It was a perfect way to end the evening.
Then they had a grand exit with sparklers.
I hope they have a wonderful time on their honeymoon in Barbados.
I also wish them all the best from here on out.
Emily saved the day by sewing Becca's dress that had ripped a little bit.
From the gorgeous weather to the story of their wedding rings...
everything about Hannah & Johnny's backward wedding was perfect.
I have shot a good amount of weddings now, and I can honestly say that
the love between these two is one of a kind. Their love will light whatever room
they walk into.
Their wedding rings were designed by Johnny. The diamond was from Hannah's grandmother's wedding ring from her life long relationship with her grandfather. The rings were melted together and made into the three they now wear. It's absolutely perfect. And to add... her gorgeous dress was Vera Wang. I don't think they could have asked for a better wedding.
I wish them a long life of happiness.
